Welcome to Travezy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Beatroute Services LLP, the operator of Travezy and its affiliated concerns, including Travel.earth("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing, using, or engaging with our website, mobile application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.

2. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to Users through email notifications or in-app alerts. Continued use of the Services after the implementation of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

(c) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travezy, Beatroute Services LLP, and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
